Last week three of the glass men returned to Cadiz, making a proposition to several of our moneyed men, that if they would organize a stock company of about $15,000 capital stock and allow them so much stock for the patents they propose to use in the factory, they being practical workmen, would run the business. The stock was subscribed and arrangements were made to collect the donation. The patents belong to the three men from Bellaire. One main feature of them will be the reduction in the cost of machinery. The men have locate here and the work will begin immediately.
