Mr. Bertram M. Downs, formerly vice-president and general manager of the Brookfield Glass Company, of New York City, recently resigned his position with the above company and has now associated himself with the Hemingray Glass Company, of Covington, Ky.
Mr. Downs has. had a wide and long experience in connection with the manufacture and sale of glass and porcelain insulators for every class of work, including those for telephone, lighting and power.
