AMONG THE MOLD MAKERS.

Peter Blancancap, of Wellsburg, claims to be the original inventor of the screw telegraph insulator, but by some juggle in the application for a patent he was beat out of it. If this is true it ought to be worked out. Same old complaint, poor man — rich company.
