The Ontario Glass Co., Ltd.

 

The factory George W. Burkhart of Detroit, Mich is building at Kingsville, Ont., will be finished and start operation about October 1 as the Ontario Glass Co., Ltd., making a general line of bottles, jars, insulators, etc. A specialty will be made of the Monarch fruit jar, of which Mr. Burkhart is the patentee. The plant will consist of a 6 ring light green continuous tank and two 4-shop day tanks, one amber and one flint. There will be a mold shop in connection.
