ELECTRIC PORCELAIN COMPANY INCORPORATED
Articles of incorporation have been filed at Trenton by the E. D. Freeman Electric Porcelain Co. The principal office and place of business will be 100 Hamilton avenue. The capital stock is placed at $25,000 and business will be commenced with $2400 paid-up shares of $100 each. Lambert Alpaugh, Howard B. Outcalt and Edgar D. Freeman are prominent members of the new concern.
