Insulator Factory Proposed.

At the present time J. E. Inman is trying to raise capital with a view to engaging in the manufacture of insulators at Wellsburg, W. Va., The citizens of Wellsburg have been asked to subscribe to stock in a factory to the amount of $20,000. If they loosen up it is proposed to conduct business in the factory formerly operated by Riverside Glass Co.
