NEW YORK, SUPREME COURT, COUNTY OF KINGS-Albert M. Kalbfleisch and Franklin H. Kalbfleisch, plaintiffs, against Charles H. Kalbfleisch, defendant -In the matter of the receivership of William Brookfield - In pursuance of a judgment or decree made in the above entitled action at a special term of this court, held at the County Court House in the County of Kings, on the 22nd day of August, 1888, and duly entered in the office of the clerk of said county. I, William Brookfield, the receiver of the property of Martin Kalbfleisch's Sons, hereby give notice that I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, at the auction rooms, No. 35, Willoughby Street, in the city of Brooklyn, N.Y., on the 18th day of September, 1888, at 12 o'clock noon, all the assets of the firm of MARTIN KALBFLEISCH's SONS which have come into my hands as such receiver, and including all the personal property, chattels, shares of stock, book debts, choses in action and securities of said firm of every description; and all the right, title and interest, which, as such receiver, I have in any such assets, subject to any existing liens thereon. Purchaser at said sale will be required to pay twenty per cent. of the amount of their bids in cash at the time of the sale and the balance within thirty days thereafter, at my office, No. 55 Fulton street, in the City of New York. - Dated New York, August 24, 1888.
