Charged with Assailing Mr. Brooke.
JERSEY CITY, N. J., Dec. 2. - John Bull, thirty-one years old, was arraigned before Police Justice Kimmerly to-day on the charge of being concerned in the assault on J. Homer Brooke, as he was leaving a Central Railroad train two weeks ago. Bull denies the charge. The case was adjourned to Dec. 11, when the police will present their evidence. They say they have a strong case against Bull, who lives in Bayonne. Councilman Garret of that city became his bondsman. |
