Frederic A. Duggan, president of the Imperial Porcelain Works, Trenton, N. J., was this week elected a director of the First National Bank of that city to fill the vacancy caused by the death of the late Gen. R. A. Donnelly. Mr. Duggan is one of the most successful of the New Jersey city's manufacturers, and is an extensive owner of real estate.
