Money is Tight in Covington, Kentucky

We find it impossible to make collections in Covington. Money is on every body's tongue but in no body's pocket. It would seem that the last dime had been squeezed out. Our friends in the country must have money. We appeal to those of them indebted to this office to remit the amount of their indebtedness.
