In accordance with an order of the Military Board of Kentucky, the four months regiment raised by Col. Foley of this city, for the purpose of guarding the Covington and Lexington R. R., has been disbanded. — The regiment raised by Col. W. A. Warner, at Falmouth, has been ordered to this duty, in lieu of Col. Foley's. The men of Col. Foley's regiment were allowed to retain the clothing furnished them, except the overcoats.
