The meeting, which was a sad gathering, was presided over by first vice president O. W. Sherritt. Messrs. Boyce, Herrmann, Mambourg, Klopfer, Silverburg, Sherritt, and Dr.Wadsworth, paid high tributes to the memory of Mr. Little during the meeting. A committee composed of Messrs. W. H. Tobin, Leopold Mambourg, and Dr. Wadsworth, was appointed to select a floral offering as a token from the club. Messrs. James Boyce, R. S. Gregory, and Dr. F. G. Jackson, were appointed as a committee on arrangements and to draft suitable resolutions, the same to be read this afternoon at 4 o'clock in the club rooms. All members will meet at that hour and attend the services in a body, which will be held from the residence at 5 o'clock.
