CONTEMPT OF COURT

Four Young Men Went Out of Town

at Time of Trial.

John Worley 18, Albert Worley 19, John Lang 19, Harvey Hickman 17, employed at a local glass concern, were arrested this afternoon by patrolman Coons, charged with contempt of court. The boys were prosecuting witnesses in a case recently filed against John Wilhelm a bartender employed at the McCreary saloon. Yesterday was the day for the trial and at the hour the case was to come up the boys could not be found. However they were arrested today for contempt of court. It is claimed that the boys were sent out of the city yesterday and the case may prove to be serious.
