LOCAL HOST IS BUSY

Tonight will witness one of the most elaborate events held for many seasons by the younger people of the social set. The affair which has been the cause of much interest, is the dance to be given by the young women of the F. B. J. club. The young women, Misses Janet Turner, Margaret Olcott, Charlotte Bishop, Emily Howe, Helen Conklin, and Ashley Hemingray, comprising the club, will receive guests under a canopy of magnolia leaves and southern smilax. The Zuber-Manning academy has been transformed into a bower of beauty. The decorations are elaborate and are brightened by many colored lights midst the banks of greenery. The dance will begin at 9:15 o'clock and will be preceded by a reception. At 11 o'clock an elegant course luncheon will be served. The guests will number 160. Mr. and Mrs. Will S. Thomas will play for the dance.
