A SMALL BLAZE.

Yesterday afternoon at 4:20 o'clock an alarm from box 64 called Hose Co. 2 and Truck 4 to Hemingray's glass works. A small blaze in the rafters was the cause and the incipient fire had been extinguished by the time the department arrived. The fire brigade at the factory worked like trained men and prevented what might have been an expensive conflagration. The damage is slight, fully covered by insurance.
