Badly Frosted.

Mr. Fred Medsker, 60 years old and a glass blower, who has been in the employ of the Hemingrays for a number of years, was found on the street rail road track near Will Shanahan's saloon on Macedonia Avenue, this morning, badly frozen.

We are informed that Mr. Medsker is a pensioner, and occasionally gets on a spree, and being a little flush financially the unfortunate took on too much last evening and on his way home, had taken his coat off and laid it on the car track and laid down on it. He was found at an early hour this morning by the street car workmen and was taken to the city Hospital for treatment.
