DOMINO WHIST PARTY.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Robert C. Hemingray, jr., elegantly entertained the married folks Cooking Club and their friends last evening at the residence of Robt. Hemingray, sr., of east Jackson street.

The spacious rooms, which were handsomely and artistically decorated with flowers, presented a lovely appearance.

The reception was in honor of Miss Morgan, a beautiful and accomplished lady of Covington, Ky.

Domino whist, a new social game was the principle attraction which the guests heartily enjoyed. An excellent repast was served, which consisted of almost every delicacy an epicure would wish for. Dancing was then indulged in by those who wished.

The guests present were: Mr. and Mrs. Will Patterson, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. F. McCulloch, Mr. and Mrs. T. S. Neely, Dr. and Mrs. Harry Winans, Mr. and Mrs. Homer Highlands, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Spilker, Mr. and Mrs. T. F. Rose, Mrs. Hattie Johnson, Mrs. Fowler, and Misses Morgan and Swasey, of Covington, Ky., Jeanette, Edith, and Emma Lou Love, Mildred Ryan, and Messrs. Jas Sprankle, J. O. Adams, Frank and Ed Ball, Willis Kutz, Clarence Carson, Ed Maddy, and Ed Boyce.
