The Brookfield Glass Co., of Brooklyn, N. Y., are erecting a new glass factory at Old Bridge, N. J., and the insulator department is the first that will be transferred to the new plant. One carboy shop may also be started there. Rumor has it that an automatic machine for producing insulators will be included in the equipment. The probabilities are that the entire factory of Brookfields will eventually be moved to the new site as they have no room to enlarge on the present site and the property is becoming very valuable.
