At the Brookfield Factory.

Brooklyn, N. Y., Jan. 23. — The men at Brookfield's factory are still doing business at the same old stand. President Hayes honored us with a visit three weeks ago and gave us a very interesting and instructive talk, after which we had refreshments and a good time in general. He was accompanied by Executive Officer James J. Dunn. We hope to have him with us again in a short time.

The men employed here are Henry Kell and Fred Kretz on the carboy shop; Adam Heuther, Chas. Schreyac, Pancost Crane, John Brennan, Jacob Meinerz, Thos. Dunn, Frank Reischman, Lewis Hartman, August Schulz, Robert Miller, Lewis Fuschstadt, John Fox, John Scheperlie, Nick Brendal, Jos. Beggie, Ed Sweeny, Andy Funston, Peter Brendal, Geo. Harrington, John McLaren, J. McAleer, Edward Hughes, Wm. Smith, Michael Cook, Mat Johnson, Lewis Miller, Richard Brereton, Chas. Bristol, John Lynch, Frank Hoffman, Abraham Gifford, Chas. Smith, Leon Fraser, August Segar, Geo. Tierney and Ben Morton. — Long Island.
