Erecting Experimental Plant.
The H.L. Dixon Co. are branching out into something of a novel nature. They are erecting an experimental glass factory near their works at Carnegie, Pa. It is to be a continuous melting furnace, and will be used exclusively for experimental purposes and the developing of machinery. The factory will be rented to anyone desiring to try a machine, and will be well supplied with glass. It is to be isolated from the rest of the works.
