The Homer Brooks Mold Company has been organized to manufacture molds and tools for glass manufactures. The business will be conducted in Newark, N. J., on a capital of $10,000, of which $2,000 has been paid up. The incorporators are: Homer Brooke, Jersey City; Julius T. Wagner, Chatham; and John L. Bates, New York.
