Rodefer Bros. are now ready to rebuild, but will be delayed till the middle of this month at least, because three of the insurance companies are holding back on a settlement and another one made an assignment since the fire.

Mr. John T. Rodefer, formerly of Rodefer Bros., but who sold out just prior to the fire for $13,500, left last week for Elwood, Ind., where he bought a farm with a gas well on it and has organized a window glass factory.
