Rodefer Bros. could not have hoped for better success than they have had in getting their new furnace started. It is the Murphy pattern, and being now in this section of country there was uncertainty about it; but it heated up grandly, and brought the first melt of glass last week as nicely as any old-time furnace that fuel was ever started in. Mr. T. A. Rodefer, the business head of the firm, is mightily pleased with it.
