A SPARK OF FIRE
Causes a Small Blaze at the Hemingray
Glass Works.
This morning at ten o'clock a spark from a switch engine ignited a pile of sacks in the yard of the Hemingray Glass Company in the suburb of Indsutry. The fire spread to a small shed and fearing a large conflagration one of the employes sent in an alarm from box 64 and called out Chief Shepp and Twos hose wagon and truck. The employes extinguished the blaze before the department arrived.
