Harry E. Jones, better known as Edward Jones, aged 35 years, a former Martins Ferry, O., flint glass worker, died recently at the home of his sister, Mrs. Thos. J. Conway, of Muncie, Ind. Deceased had been ailing for some time, and the end was not unexpected. He was a Spanish war veteran, serving in the Cuban and Philippine campaigns. He had been in Uncle Sam's service for about eight years and received an honorable discharge some time prior to his death. The remains were shipped to Pittsburg for burial, the funeral taking place on Thursday of last week from the home of relatives in the Smokey City. Jones was a man of steady habits and was of a genial disposition
