Brookfield vs. Novelty Company.

 

The case of the Brookfield Glass Co. against the Novelty Glass Mfg. Co., of Elmer, N. J., was argued before the United States circuit court of appeals at Philadelphia this week. John G. Johnson, of the Philadelphia bar, and Robert N. Kenyon, of New York, appeared for the plaintiff, and Walter H. Bacon, of Bridgeton, for the defendant. The argument was heard by Judges Gray, Buffington and Archbald. Nothing definite regarding the decision was received up to the time of going to press.
