High-Potential Insulator.

 

Mr. Fred M. Locke, of Victor, N. Y., manufacturer of high-potential insulators and indesctructible steel insulator pins, has just received the contract for 5,000 insulators for the Blue Lakes Water Company's transmission line in California.
