FROM THE CITY OF CHURCHES.

Brooklyn, N.Y., June 29. -The Brookfield Glass Co.'s plant will shut down tomorrow with practically no stock on hand. This has been an exceptionally busy season for this well known firm, and the blowers will certainly welcome a period of rest. Preparations for a complete overhauling of the tank are being made.
