At Brooklyn and Ellenville; Brookfield has resumed

AT BROOKLYN AND ELLENVILLE.


Brooklyn, N.Y., Oct. 6. - The Brookfield Glass Co.'s plant resumed operations on Sept. 8 with a full quota of men and prospects look very bright for a good season's run.

The Bahr demijohn factory at Ellenville, N.Y., has also been placed in blast and is now kept busy supplying the market with its product.

The new arrivals at the Ellenville plant are Adam Phifer, from Poughkeepsie, N.Y., and Frank Ruckert, from Alton, Ill.

At a meeting held last Saturday night the following officers were elected by Branch No. 52 for the ensuing term. Louis Buchstadt, president; Adam Huether, vice president; Robert Miller, corresponding and recording secretary; Casper G. Hartman, financial secretary; John McCleamen, treasurer; Frank S. Tomlin, Louis Hartman, Stewart Moneypenny and John Ambert, delegates to the Central Union. - Gotham.
