A Canadian Rumor
It is reported by the Financial News, through its Hamilton, Ont., correspondent, that a trust company is seeking to secure much of the common stock of the Diamond Flint Glass Co., by offering preference stock and a bonus of common stock in the reorganized company, following an increase in capital and new issue of bonds to the amount of $2,000,000. No additional details are given by the publication.
