It is said that arrangements will be made shortly whereby Mr. W. H. Brinton will take charge of the new works at Cadiz, O. Mr. Brinton is a thoroughly competent glass man in all departments of the business, and if there is anything in the new concern he will bring it out in the event of his assuming the charge.
