THE GLASS FACTORIES.

The suit brought by the Consolidated Fruit Jar Co., of New Brunswick, N.J., and Philadelphia, against Isaac Wormser and the Wormser Glass Co., of this city, in the United States Circuit Court, for an infringement of a fruit jar patent, was before the Court this week, and arguments of counsel heard. Decision has not yet been given.
