THE GLASS FACTORIES.

The Wormser Glass Co. are going out of the green glass business, and will hereafter make flint bottles and flasks. The expensive litigation arising from the contested fruit jar patents, together with the prostration of the green glass trade generally, has probably induced them to make the change. The decision in the suit brought by the Consolidated Fruit Jar and Hero Fruit Jar Companies against the firm has not been handed down yet.
