The case of the Consolidated Fruit Jar Co., of New Brunswick, N.J., against Isaac E. Wormser, of this city, for infringement of a patent on a fruit jar cap, which was argued at length some time ago before the United States Circuit Court here, has resulted in a decision in favor of the plaintiffs. Judge Acheson granted a permanent injunction against the defendants, which was practically unnecessary, as they have quitted the green glass business and gone to making flint bottles and prescription ware.
