A considerable amount of activity prevails in the prescription glass trade, and a large output of ware is being made and shipped. All the factories here and around are working, as follows: The Point Bottle Works, Rochester; the Gallatin Glass Works; Wormser Glass Co.; Agnew & Co.; W.H. Hamilton & Co.; William McCully & Co.; J.T. & A. Hamilton; Tibby Bros.; Sumner Glass Co.; C.L. Flaccus, and the works at Parker's Landing. It is a long time since they all were so fully employed at one time before. Most goods are selling cheap, however.
