OWNER HEMINGRAY
CANNOT RACE HERE
Thomas H. Williams Orders Taking Up
of Badge and Removal of
His Race Horses
On account of Turfman Hemingray’s shameful admissions in the suicide case at the Knickerbocker Hotel in this city, President T. H. Williams Jr. of the California Jockey Club, upon hearing of it, immediately ordered that the badge of Hemingray be taken up and his horses removed from the track forthwith. Thus the young man's racing career is a closed book, so far as California is concerned.
