The Covington Co-operative Glass Bottle Co., Covington, Ky., was formed on Sept. 1, 1898, to operate on beers and oil cans at the old Hemingray factory. The incorporators were R. B. Sheppard, Peter Kramer, Isaac Delph, Jos. McMullen, and Ralph Brown.
