Gas Well No. Eight.

 

At noon to-day the glass factory gas well had reached a depth of 900 feet. Trenton rock had not yet been reached but from appearances every stroke of the drill Trenton rock was expected. To-morrow's TIMES will no doubt chronicle the fact that we have another gas well.
