Laughed at the Idea.

Assistant General Superintendent George Jarvis, of the L. E. & W. Ry., company was in Muncie today. When a Times reporter mentioned the big suit for damage brought by C. H. Over and the Insurance companies involved in the Over's glass works fire, Mr. Jarvis simply laughed and said the idea was preposterous. The Hemingray glass company which lost their factory at the same time and from the same cause will follow in the foot steps of the Over company thus making the amount of damages asked over $11,000.
