W. T. Hedges, sales manager of the Pyrex Division of the Corning Glass Co., of Corning, N. Y., has sailed for Europe on a business mission. Previous to his sailing the factory made a shipment of cooking glassware to England of an estimated value of about $30,000. This is the largest shipment of this kind of ware ever exported by an American manufacturer.
