A Telegraph Line Purchased.

WE understand that the Pacific and Atlantic Telegraph Company have purchased the wires of the Southern Telegraph Company, of which Gen. KIRBY SMITH was President, and which we believe had been completed from Cincinnati via Louisville to Memphis, Tenn., and have added them to its system of line already in operation.
