A New and Superior Telegraph Line.
THE Northern Central Railway, under the direction of Supt. S. Cameron Wilson, have just completed a line of telegraph over the Baltimore and Potomac branch. The line is insulated with Brooks insulators, and is said to be best working and most complete line ever seen in Washington. They use the Callaud battery for both main and locals.
