Telegraph Reconstruction and Brooks Insulators.

THE Huntington and Broadtop Railroad Company, in Pennsylvania, are reconstructing their telegraph line between Huntington and Bedford, renewing the poles, soldering the joints and replacing the glass insulators with the Brooks, under the direction of A. R. Kiefer, division operator of the Pennsylvania Railroad Telegraph. No more competent person for such a job can be found than Mr. Kiefer.
