George H. Bliss & Co., of Chicago, Ill.

THE firm of BLISS, TILLOTSON & CO., of Chicago, Ill., has been dissolved, and the business assumed by the new firm of GEORGE H. BLISS & CO., as has been before stated in THE TELEGRAPHER. We learn that the new firm has been very successful, largely increasing the business even during the few months since the change was made. We are now informed that the concern has been made into a stock organization under the same name, of which Mr. GEORGE H. BLISS is President, and active manager of the business; Mr. E. B. CHANDLER, Superintendent of the Chicago Fire Alarm Telegraph, Vice-President; and Mr. F. A. POWERS, Secretary and Treasurer.

Under such auspices there can be no doubt that the new company will achieve a brilliant success.
