Return of Mr. David Brooks.
THE many friends of Mr. David Brooks, of Philadelphia, will be pleased to learn of his safe return from Vienna, where he has been for some time past as U. S. Honorary Commissioner to the great Vienna Industrial Exposition. He will resume personal supervision of the manufacture of his Improved Paraffine Insulators, of which our readers well know the favorable opinion of THE TELEGRAPHER.
Mr. Brooks brings with him much valuable information in regard to the telegraphs and telegraph apparatus of Europe, with which, in due time, our columns will be enriched.
