A case of interest to glass house apprentices was decided here on Saturday. A boy named Tainey signed an indenture of apprenticeship to learn the glass trade with the Wormser Glass Co., and after serving a year and a half he quit them and went to work at another glass factory. The company brought suit to compel him to fulfill his part of the contract, and it was decided that he should do so.
