A report comes from Cadiz that the Ohio Valley Glass Company, of Bridgeport, has secured control of the Cadiz glass factory, and will in the near future assume charge of the works and operate them. —- Wheeling Intelligencer.

The only foundation for such a report consists in the fact that the Cadiz glass factory has recently accepted a contract to manufacture quite a large quantity of ware for the Bridgeport Company.
