A Southside Pittsburgh glassworker, W.M. Cleis, formerly mgr. of Morgantown Glass Works, Morgantown, WV, has just gone to Houston, where he was employed in putting the Houston Glass Co.'s plant into operation. Mr. Cleis went to TX to demonstrate to the Houston company that fruit jars, insulators & like products could be profitably mfd. there using TX crude oil as fuel.
