Samuel Brown was recently in Covington, Ky., as representative of a number of glass blowers of Fairmount, Ind., to ascertain what inducements the city will offer to build a glass works there. He is a former resident of Covington, and was employed at the Hemingray Glass Works years ago. The proposed establishment is to be conducted on the co-operative plan.
