CITIZENS MEETING. Is this a Complete List of the "Independent Voters?" FOR THE COMMONWEALTH.
The citizens of Covington without repsect to party, are hereby invited to meet in convention at Odd Fellows' Hall, Tuesday evening, December 18th at half-past seven o'clock, for the purpose of selecting candidates for the several municipal offices to be filled at the ensuing January election.
